Can I add seats later?
Yes. Upgrade or add seats at any time. Billing adjusts pro-rata for the remainder of your current period.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 14-day evaluation window for new Desk and Institution accounts. Contact info@vectraintel.com to request access.
What blockchain networks are supported?
Ethereum and Bitcoin are available today. Solana and additional EVM chains are on the roadmap for Q3 2026.
How does API access work on Desk?
Desk includes a rate-limited API endpoint (500 req/day per seat). Full API access with higher limits is available on the Institution tier.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. We do not sell or redistribute wallet intelligence data under any circumstances.
